She is survived by: her husband James Billups; her siblings, Carol Holcomb and Dwight Hurley (Jean); her children, Teresa Jones and Roy Jones (Donna); her granddaughters, Amanda Propson (Scott) and Nicole Piper (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Braylon, Hunter, Penelope, Iyla and Colton. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A memorial gathering was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
