She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlow Smith and Dora Tansley (Wickenheiser); her husband Fred; her sons, Steve and Robert; and her siblings, Willard (Charlotte), Lawrence, Henry, Harlow (Mamie), Charles, Vicky (Jack) and Glen.
She is survived by: her children, Tony (Janet), Maria (Gregg), Sandy (Paul), Joanne (Jeff) and Annette (Ron); and her sister-in-law Patricia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:20 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (17100 Van Dyke Ave, Detroit, MI 48234).
