She was predeceased by : her grandmother Sandy. She is survived by : her husband Joseph Kolasz; her stepson Michael Kolasz (Diana); her grandchildren, Ryan, Lydia and Carol Kolasz; her siblings, Liz Bogan and Michael Young; her sons, Mark Hare (Jennifer), John Hare and Paul Hare (Dee Ann); and her grandchildren, Brittney, Kaitlyn and Garrett.
