He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Schram and Grace Schram; his wife Madeleine; his daughter Catherine; his grandson Aaron; and his sisters, Margaret, Phyllis, Janice and Eleanor Doughty (Ken).
He is survived by: his children, Karen DeFosse, Robert and Ellen Bach (Michael); his grandchildren, Jeffrey DeFosse (Kelly), Genevieve, Stefan (Jennifer), Christian Bach and Elizabeth Bach; his granddaughter-in-law Faith; his great grandchildren, Linus, Violet, Simon, Evie and Eden; his brothers, Delbert (late Jane) and Bryant (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Carol St (late Edgar).
