He is survived by: his wife Debra Palmer; his children, Stephen Palmer (Ellen) of Farmington Hills, Susannah Palmer (Patrick Foran) of Brooklyn and Bethany Palmer Harry (Joseph) of St. Clair Shores; his grandchildren, Arthur Palmer, Violet Harry and James Harry; his brother James Palmer (Christine) of St. Clair Shores; his niece Elizabeth Palmer Jarvis; and his nephew William Palmer.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, February 28th 2028 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home (25800 Harper, St Clair Shores, MI 48081).
