He was predeceased by : his son Anthony Velez; his father Anthony Velez, Jr.; and his brother Wayne Velez. He is survived by : his sons, Nicolas and Vincent Velez; his mother Rosemarie Velez; and his siblings, Margi Bice (Ray), Peter and Mary Velez. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
