He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Claude Carpenter and Althea Carpenter (Launsberry); his wife Patricia; his daughters, Melanie Carpenter Aldape (Juan), Cheryl Kukla (Kevin) and Lori Syoen (Bryan Copeland); his grandchildren, Ashley Kniola, Brooke Kniola, Steven Kukla (Amber Willard), Lindsay Kukla, Madelyn Syoen, Dylan Copeland and Ethan Copeland; and his sisters, Helen Sodini and Kay Farrell.
