He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sawa and Cecilia Sawa. He is survived by: his wife Ann Burden; his friends, Jaqueline, Larry Whitenight, Ted and Delores Skladnowski; and his godson Michael Whitenight.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Marysville Funeral Home (1200 Michigan Ave, Marysville, MI 48040). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
