He was predeceased by: his brother Charles "Chuck" Collar. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Collar and Sandra Collar; his brother Dan Collar (Dana); his nieces, Stella Collar, Ava Collar and Sophia Collar; his nephew Dominic Collar; his aunts, Kathy Combs and Sharon Pulcifer; and his uncle Dave Collar. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
