She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Cassise and Angeline Cassise; and her husband Donald Kosmack. She is survived by: her children, Rick Kosmack (Cindy) and Susan Lemerand (Steven); her grandsons, Marcus, Michael, Jim (Emily), Tom (Jenni), Dan (Georgette) and Ken (Madona); her great grandchildren, Mariah, Creed, Gabriel, Annie, Calvin, Jolene, Eva, Benjamin and Samuel; and her siblings, Vita Hohmann (Otto), Joseph Cassise (Maurie) and John Cassise (Linda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
