He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sons, Mark McIntosh (Terri) and Kevin McIntosh; his granddaughters, Stephanie Berkau (Joshua), Jennifer Taylor (Chase Thompson) and Michelle Schonschack; his sister Donna Rothgeb (James); and his brother-in-law Daniel Sarna (Cathleen). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
