William Schunk Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Schunk of Saint Clair, Michigan, who passed away on March 13, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Schunk and Ruby Schunk (Hyslop); his siblings, Velda Cleland (Bill), Phyllis Behringer (Bob), Ken Schunk (Delores) and Lois Eisen (Rolland); and his son Norman Amrich.

He is survived by: his children, Sonja Furtah (Greg), Bill Schunk (Diane), Starr Schunk (Greg Ashman) and Toni Schunk; his grandchildren, Jeramie Mason (Tai), Julie Joy (Michael), Olivia Myers, Jasmine Koss, Allison Schunk (Brent King), Billy Schunk and Alexa Fahner; and his great grandchildren, Bin Bin, Remington, Mason, Reecilyn, Claire and Mallory. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
