He is survived by: his wife Janine Allen; his children, Gretchen Arlotta (Vance), Nancy Roberts (Ken), Martin Allen (Angi) and David Allen (Jodi); and his stepchildren, Julieanne Reno and Gregory Reno (Hannah). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
David dedicated 30 years of his life to the City of Dearborn, where he built lasting relationships and made significant contributions to the community.
