She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Pethers and Katherine Pethers; and her husband Lee Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Michael Wade (Tammy) and Kathy Green; her grandchildren, Cody Green, Gabrielle McCulloch (Cody), Madison Oboyle (Stryker), Kristyn Purdy (Devin) and Justin Wade (Ashton); and her brother Larry Pethers (Jeanette). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
