He is survived by: his children, Alan Nelson (Angela) of Dallas, Texas, Staci Jo Nelson of St. Ignace and Nicholas Nelson of St. Ignace; his grandchildren, Chelsey King (Kody) of Moran, Abigail Kubicki (Laura) of San Antonio and Brooklyn Schlehuber (Patric) of St. Ignace; his great grandchildren, Kynslie, Kashtyn King, Everett, Otto and Beckett Schlehuber; and his siblings-in-law, Rochelle Nelson, Judy Midyett and Walter Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
