She was predeceased by: her parents, Otho Coveyou and Mary Coveyou (Dennis); her husband James E. Fitzpatrick; her daughter Mary Theresa Fitzpatrick; her grandsons, Josh Brown and Paul Fitzpatrick; her daughter-in-law Shelly Cope-Fitzpatrick; her great grandchild Tucker Shepard; and her siblings, Francis Coveyou (Donna), Norbert Coveyou (Peggy), Prosper Coveyou and Mary Katherine Whalen.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Brown (Ken) of St. Ignace, James Fitzpatrick of St. Ignace, Patricia Frazier (Robert) of Marquette, Ann Fox (Steve) of China, Helen Thibault (Jerry) of St. Ignace, William Fitzpatrick (Gale) of St. Ignace, Thomas Fitzpatrick (Kerry) of St. Ignace and Kathryn Cryerman (Jeff) of St. Ignace. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; forty-four great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church (120 Church St, St Ignace, MI 49781). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
