He is survived by : his wife Gloria Bush of Niles; his siblings, Nancy Purucker (Duane), Linda Purucker (Henry) and Robert Gold; his nieces and nephews, Rick Purucker (Susan), Tim Purucker (Shelly), Jeff Bata (Elaina), Diane Hunt (Scott), Michelle Farr (Steve), Kari Purucker, Nicky Adam (Dirk), Angie Mattson (Marvin) and Kristi Bartkowiak (Andy); and his sister-in-law Joanne Bata (Paul). He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
