She was predeceased by : her father Arnold Forrest; her husband Dewey Baldwin; her daughter Debra Tindell; her siblings, Patrick Forrest, Marshall Forrest (Delores), Barbara Campbell (Donald), Linda Peters and Suzanne Schnepp (Larry); her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Forrest, Gene Barfield, Craig Lankford and Charles Baldwin; and her grandson Andrew Killips.

She is survived by : her children, Vicki O'Brien, Tim "Mark" Baldwin (Christy), Jim Tindell, Tracey Baldwin (Lou Gazzola), Mike Mills (Karlene), Charlene Marken (Brian), Stephanie Bumstead (Matt) and Jackie Killips (Pat); her siblings, James Forrest (Barb), Kenny Forrest (Barb), Roberta Barfield, Lucy Lankford, Moe Forrest (Carol) and Marcia Merry (Tom); and her sister-in-law Lorena Hooton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
