She was predeceased by : her parents, Patrick L. Knoodle and Lucille Moscoe Ance; her brother Bernard Knoodle; her sons, Paul William Mattox and Glenn Louis Mattox Jr.; and her sons-in-law, Allen R. Green and Gerald N. Horn.

She is survived by : her husband Clyde Leazier; her children, Duane, Eddy, Irene M. Horn, Bonnie L. Culfa, Lindy McNamara (Kevin), Patrick G. Woodford (Peggy), Michael L. Woodford (Rose) and Dale R. Woodford; and her grandchildren, Jerry, Gary (Susan), Archie, Kevin (Stacy), Tom Horn (Tracy), Theresa, Michelle, Raymond Woodford, Nicole Turley (Kevin), Samantha Green, Sara Olson (Ted), Glenda Loebach (Blake), Allen Green Jr., Joseph J. III Culfa (Brandy) and David Culfa. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
