Blair and Jacob Blair (Claudia); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren and Logan; his niece Nicole Personious (Jon); his great-nephew James; his niece Samantha Baldwin (Joe); his great-nephew Eli; his niece Danielle Personious (Tim); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dakota and Mia; his great-nephews, Maverick and Nolan; his aunts and uncles, Carol Ann Blair, Carmen Bradly (John), Kathleen Ghinelli and Charles Fabiano; and also Taylor Boshoven (Nick).
Memorial contribution in Daniel's name may be made to the Sparrow Hospice House of Mid-Michigan or to St Jude's Children Research Hospital.
