With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lee Conklin of Saint Johns, Michigan, born in Elsie, Michigan, who passed away on October 30, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard W. Conklin and Lucille Marie Conklin (Loynes); his siblings, Dora Mae Linman and Terry Conklin; his sons, Shaun Conklin and Mark (Pauline Smith); and his great grandchild Ann Marie Palacios.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon Conklin (Searles); his children, Lisa Marie Conklin (Matt Meyer), Deborah Hinken (Brad), Angela Yeager (Matt), Christopher Smith, Melody Palacios (Ricardo), Nancy Smith and Kenneth Smith (Tracy Carson); his grandchildren, Zechariah, Caleb, Nicole, Sarah, Sam, Travis, Jarred, Amber, Branden, Myranda, Chandra, Ashton, Erica, Tyler, Lindsey, Ethan, Ryan, Jacob, Marissa, Toni, Crystal and Megan; his sister Carol Polack (Ed); and his pet Tilly. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
