He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Greg McClintic (Sandra), Kevin McClintic, Jason Shippey and Jennifer Fell (Scott); his grandchildren, Krista Meyer (Luke), Brenda Eichorn (Adam), Kara McClintic, Julian Sanchez, Sergio Wagner (Morgan), Joshua Trotter (Brooke), Lauren Wagner, Cory McClintic (Estrella), Preston McClintic, Mykala Konecny and Aundrea Newkirk (Cameron); his pets, Mya and Macy; and his sisters, Suzanne DeVlieger (Gilbert), Debbie Shippey and Jody Smith (late Brian). He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Memorials may be made in Jack's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
