He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Aylsworth and Mabel Aylsworth (Young); his siblings, Sara, Earl, William Aylsworth and Marvin Aylsworth; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Aylsworth (James).
He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kate" Kaiser; his children, Susan Henning (Perry), Kristine Timmerman (David "Moe"), Kevin Aylsworth (Donna) and Scott Aylsworth (Melanie); his grandchildren, Jessica Uzoh (Okwara), Jillian Powell (Ben), Gregory Kowalczyk (Amy), Jeffrey Kowalczyk, Zoe Aylsworth, Hannah Aylsworth, Nicholas Aylsworth and Emily Aylsworth; his great grandchildren, Leo, Jane, Penelope, Noah, Eloise and William; his siblings, James Aylsworth (Pru) and Sharon Elmer (David); and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Aylsworth (late Earl), Lil Aylsworth (late William) and Joyce (late Marvin Aylsworth). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
