He was predeceased by : his parents, Alphonse Caudy and Agnes Caudy (Kuchar); his wife Bernice Bozung; and his siblings, Mary Fox, Anna Kusnier, Agnes Brown, Rose Wilson, Margaret Klein, Alphonse "Al" and Vincent.

He is survived by : his children, Kathleen Fowler (Jeffrey) of St. Johns, James Caudy (Cinda) of Saranac, Joan Witt (Terry) and Joseph Caudy; his grandchildren, Heather (James), Matthew (Lindsay), Andrew, Alex, Noah and Reese; and his sister Theresa VanWormer (late Bill) of Lansing. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews, extended family members and friends.

Memorials may be made in his name to: Holy Family Catholic Church or to Elara Hospice.
