She is survived by: her husband Richard Maxa, Sr.; her children, Erica Fox (Jary), Richard Maxa, Jr. (Nicole) and Amanda Maxa (Brad Schneider); her grandchildren, Katelyn Fox (Justin), Emma Fox (Robert Sorah), Hunter Maxa, Dylan Maxa, Morgan Douglass (Hunter Wonsey) and Logan Douglass (Tori Dennis); her siblings, Marie Skaryd (Jerry) and Jerry Fabus (Janet); and her siblings-in-law, Audrey Fabus, Diane Korienek (Jim) and Lloyd Dougherty.
