He is survived by: his children, Thomas Harter (Kimberly) and Stephanie Harter (Steve Burgett); his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Gannon, Kylee and MaKenna; and his siblings, Robert Harter (Carol), Karl Harter (Mary), Daniel Harter, Kathleen Couzzings (Gerald), Ellen Bloomer (Richard) and Jean Seward (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
