She is survived by: her parents, Jeff Ely and Lori Ely (Banks); her daughter CJ; her siblings, Jacob Ely (Katie), Sarah Ely, Rachel Ely, William "Zeke" Ely and Lydia Ely; her nephew Isaac; her niece Abigail; her grandmother Caroline Ely; her aunts, Lori Dykstra (Gary), Krista Mead (Brian), Lisa Sawman (Brian), Sally Dials (Roger) and Tammy Banks; and her uncle Tim Banks (Toby). She is also survived by thirty-three first cousins and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made toward a trust fund for CJ, Megan's daughter.
