With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rod Walling of Saint Johns, Michigan, who passed away on April 12, 2024 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rod Walling to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Burton Walling and Luella Walling (Gardner). He is survived by : his wife Marlene Walling; his children, Tonya Nurenberg (Dean), Trisha Ballard (Eric), Trent Walling, Kevin Crawley (Michelle), Kristie Crawley (Joe Walls), Douglas Crawley and Todd Crawley (Brittany Brown); his grandchildren, Alick Nurenberg, Ashtyn Nurenberg, Austin Pohl, Jacob Ballard (Chey), Johnny Walling, Jared Ballard (Addy), Grant Crawley and Jordyn Crawley; his great grandchildren, Angel and Elouise; his siblings, Gale Walling (Linda), Tim Walling (Bobbette) and Rosie Walling-McCain; his mother-in-law Dorothy Stoddard; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Stoddard, Rich Stoddard (Barb) and Cathy Elliott (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keck-Coleman Chapel (1500 Waterford Pkwy, St Johns, MI 48879). The military honors was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 5:45 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations can be made to Sparrow Hospice, or Pancreatic Cancer Research.
