Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Scott Allen Forbes Sr. of Saint Johns, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 60, on April 4, 2026. He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Dafforn (Sutliff); and his brother Adam Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette Forbes; his children, Scott Forbes Jr., Michael Forbes, Travis Ketchum, Heather Hager (Kenny) and Lucas Ketchum (Heather); his grandchildren, Victoria, Xander, Zuri, Hutchinson Forbes, Levi, Easton Hager, Rylan and Beau Ketchum; his stepmother Debra Forbes; his mother-in-law Karen Holliday; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara McClung (Duane) and Stacey Boutwell (Tracy). He is also survived by his cousins and very close friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the DeSanders Pavilion (2571 W Price Rd, St Johns, MI 48879).
