She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Stoy and Mildred Stoy (Baker); and her siblings-in-law, Alan "Tank" Smith (Gert), Pat Weber (Alan), Linda Smith and Donna Flanner.
She is survived by: her husband Lynn Smith; her daughters, Valerie Long (Michael) and Brandy Munger (Tyler); her grandchildren, Colby Munger (Tori), Blake Munger, Callie Munger (Kaden Keller), Nicholas Long (Olivia Leavitt) and Hunter Long; her siblings, Janet Baker, Carol Livingston (Eugene) and William Stoy; and her brother-in-law Richard Smith (late Janet). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keck-Coleman Chapel (1500 Waterford Pkwy, St Johns, MI 48879). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Sharon's name for dementia research.
