She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Herbert and Margaret Herbert; her husband Albert Course; her daughter Lori McNulty; her son-in-law Mark McNulty; and her sisters, Janet Peters and Jeannie Wynkoop.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Course of Montana; her grandchildren, Rainie of Montana, Roxie Setter of Montana, Erin and Jena McNulty of Lexington; her brother Dennis Herbert (Linda) of North Branch; and her nibling Marci Balogh.
