He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew E. Bodary and Ellen Belle Bodary (Emerson); his parents-in-law, Frank and Philomena Klaes; his brothers, Charles Bodary (Ann), James Bodary and Daniel Bodary (Beverly); and his brothers-in-law, Frank Klaes, Jerry Klaes and Leo Klaes.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Klaes); his children, Joseph (Brenda), Michael (Lisa), John (Michelle), David (Susan), Jeanne Roelant (Robert) and Peter; his siblings, Mary Ellen Bodary and Alan Bodary (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Ethel Bodary. He is also survived by grandchildren and (20) great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
