We bid farewell to Gail Rebecca Soos of Saint Joseph, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 31, 2026 at the age of 87. Gail touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Merrihew and Avis Merrihew; her son Jade Ruhl; her sister Lynn Vanderlinde; and her brothers-in-law, Ron DeLong, Pete Salamone and Bill Vanderlinde.
She is survived by: her husband John Soos, III; her children, Rick Ruhl (Pat) of Berrien Springs, Ron Ruhl of Berrien Springs, Kelly Sluder (Mitch) of Berrien Springs, John IV Soos (Katherine) of Ocala, FL and Todd Soos (Noreen) of Berrien Springs; her grandchildren, Miki Parker (Levon), Mica Bordon (Tony), Macy Coletti (Joe), Ronnie Ruhl, Nic Ruhl (Kellie), Brooke Rospierski (Jon), Mitch Jr. Sluder (Carrie), Dana Carter (Jason), Alexandria Soos, Austin Soos and Chase Long; and her siblings, Barbara DeLong, Rob Merrihew (Sherry) and Margie Salamone. She is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
