He is survived by: his mother Carabeth Culby (Cayo); his wife Suzanne Culby; his children, Taylor J. Culby (TJ Varney) and Spencer J. Culby; and his siblings, Christine Sotnyk (Jerry) and Mark Wills-Culby (Patrick).
