He is survived by: his wife Stasia; his daughter Dawn Marie Myrick; his grandchildren, Jason Robert Myrick (Rhonda) and Kellie O'Neill Stevenson; his great grandchildren, Alexandra Maree Potts (John), Mackenzie Jo Myrick, Bailey O'Neill Steiper (Kevin), Ashley Lauren Stevenson and Michael Aaron Stevenson; his great great grandchildren, Emmersyn Jae Potts, Jenson Bradley Potts, Kathryn O'Neill Steiper and Elizabeth Jade Steiper; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Gauger and Michael Gauger.
