Margie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Margie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her sister Pauline Scroggings; and her grandson Christopher Schoenfelt. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Gilmore (Kelly), Paula Ristau (Michael) and Teri Dickson; her stepchildren, Colleen Gunkel (Nozicka) and Christopher Nozicka (Cheryl); and her half-brother Danny Moody.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Starks & Menchinger Chapel (2650 Niles Rd, St Joseph, MI 49085). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Masses can be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or place her on your prayer list.
