She is survived by: her children, Ken Phillips, Dana Phillips (Bob) and Rhonda Phillips; her sisters, Tina Means (David) and Kathy Blankenship (Randy); her grandchildren, Jessica King (Nick), Heather Maynard, Nickolas Graham and Kayla Orozco (Jose); and her great grandchildren, Analee and Brooks.
