He is survived by: his children, David White (Cindy), Katherine Lynch and Charles "Chuck" White; his grandchildren, Sarah Johnson, Carrie White (Andrew Mayer), Laura White (Dustin Teter) and Eryn Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Molly-Kate Johnson and Riley Smith.
