He was predeceased by: his parents, William Steinke and Augusta Steinke (Treichel); his wife Carol P. Steinke (Teske); his stepchildren, Dave W. Brow and Anne Brow; and his siblings, Ted Steinke, Robert Steinke, Eleanor Burke, Verna Ozanich, Alvin Steinke and Lucille Grannell.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Jackie Schrubba (Andy); and his grandchildren, Erin Schramm (Adam), Ali Schrubba, Tony Brow, Lisa Brow and David J. Brow. He is also survived by nine nieces, nephews.
