He was predeceased by: his father William Bugg; and his brother Michael Bugg. He is survived by: his mother Deloris Jean Bugg Edwards (Smith); his wife Jamie Brooks (Passon); his children, Noah Michael Brooks (Tara Sabbineni), Anna Dylan Brooks, Rachel and Evans Stepanov; his granddaughter Lilia Brooks Stepanov; his sister Michelle Flaherty; his parents-in-law, Michelle and Steven Passon; his sisters-in-law, Stacie Passon and Suzanne McAuley; his niece Julianna; his nephews, Alex Milnikel and William Flaherty; his great-niece Adalyn Milnikel; his niece Maren Shapero; and his nephew Micah Shapero (Eden Garcia).
