She is survived by: her husband Earnest Yount; her sons, Roy (Leika) and Ken (Alison); her granddaughter Katelyn; her stepgranddaughter Claire; her grandson Alton; and her sister Louise Corbin (Cary). She is also survived by family and many friends and neighbors.

During the Covid shutdown, she led conference calls with friends who were interested in reading uplifting religious books together.
