Baxter (Dilno) of St. Louis, MI; his wife Jennifer Baxter of St. Louis, MI; his children, Jake, Vanessa Baxter of Alma, MI, Joni and Christopher Graham of St. Louis, MI; his siblings, Michael (Karin Baxter), Michelle Sumner of Alma, MI, Gina (Frank Fairbanks) and Nicole Baxter of St. Louis, MI; his parents-in-law, Richard and Nancy Smith of St. Louis, MI; his brother-in-law Richard (Shavonne Smith); and his grandchildren, Brock Baxter, Clara Baxter, Cora Graham, Isabelle Graham, Trinity Graham and Elijah Graham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
