She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Smith and Viola "Fay" Smith (White); her husband Alfred L. Netzley; her son Daniel Netzley; her grandson John Siefka; and her siblings, Paul Smith, Dale Smith and Virginia Dancer.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda (Michael Siefka); her grandchildren, Kelly Siefka of St. Louis, MI, Kyrie, Brett Krenz, Leslie Siefka of Ithaca, MI, Pat, Kelly Netzley of Stevensville, MI and Collin Netzley of Midland, MI; her great grandchildren, Madysen, Curtis Doyle, Shelby Stoneman, Reilie Netzley, Emilia Krenz, Dawson Krenz, Pazlee Donovan, Viola Donovan, Easton Netzley, Elsea Netzley and Henry Netzley; and her daughter-in-law Corey Netzley.
