She was predeceased by: her parents, Saima Rains (Keranen) and Evan Rains of Milan, Michigan.; her siblings, Keith "Tom" Rains and Laura Shell (Ron); and her friends, Nancy Briggs (Phil), Cathy Lindstrom (George) and Darlene Shubel (Ira).
She is survived by: her husband Martin L. Authier; her children, Tim Authier (Barbara) of Ann Arbor and Amy Milbauer of Chandler, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jordan, Sydney Milbauer, Allan and Mira Authier; and her siblings, Vienna Johnson, Roger Rains (Gwen), Russ Rains (Pam) and Crystal Harrison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
