He is survived by: his sons, Clinton Carl Johnson, IV, Jay Johnson (Allyse) and Scott Johnson (Nicole); his grandchildren, Aiden, Zella, Jolie and Carl; his brothers, David Johnson (Laura) and Richard Johnson; and his nieces, Melissa, Amanda, Natalie and Natasha. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
