He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald T. King and Cora King (Kline); and his grandson Douglas E. King. He is survived by: his wife Luana King of Saline; his sons, Douglas L. King (Stacie Buckler) of Brighton and Darrin A. King of Ann Arbor; his grandchildren, Scarlett King, Vivian King, Hannah King, John King and Toni King; and his sisters, Karen Figley, Jane King and Jo Pankow. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Edwards Grove Cemetery (Aka Ripley Church Cemetery).
