Hafner and Leo A. Hafner.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Faust (Bristle); her grandchildren, Meredith Ann Kubany, Joseph Robert Faust, Santana Lynne Reynolds and Jarrett Christopher Reynolds; her great grandchildren, Caden, Vincent, Cassie, Samantha, Wyatt and Cameron; her brother Dennis Hafner (Stephanie); Kyrie Crist (Peter), Ellis, Cammie Willett (Chris), Casey Meszaros (Patrick), Levi and Reese. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
