With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne M. Porter of Saline, Michigan, who passed away on December 17, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhard Winzer and Margaret Winzer (Bandi); and her sister Trudy Dolzine. She is survived by: her husband James C. Porter; her children, Steven Baker (Judith), Michael Baker (Janette), Carolyn Diaz-Ordaz (Ernie) and Debra Atkinson (Kevin); her grandchildren, Jason, Justin and Crystal Baker; her children, Kyle, Clayton, Claire Baker, Rachael Phillips (Diaz-Ordaz), Ernesto, Benjamin, Nestor Diaz-Ordaz, Nicholas, Jake and Brent Atkinson; and her brother Roland Winzer. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
