Martin Leo Authier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martin Leo Authier of Saline, Michigan, who passed away on September 21, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta Authier (Martin) and Leo Authier of Venice, Florida.; his wife Adele Rains; his siblings, Kenneth Authier (Sandra) and Sharon Fetter (Roy); and his close friends, Paul Bruns (Bonnie), Nancy Briggs (Phil) and Darlene Shubel (Ira).
He is survived by: his children, Tim Authier (Barbara) of Ann Arbor and Amy Milbauer (Kenneth Crafton) of Chandler, Arizona; his grandchildren, Allan, Mira Authier, Jordan and Sydney Milbauer; and his siblings, Carol Favors (Eugene) and Gerald Authier (Gail). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Robison-Bahnmiller Funeral Home & Cremation Services (301 E Michigan Ave, Saline, MI 48176). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Martin's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
