He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Thomas Cherry and Frances Eleanor Cherry; and his siblings, Jim Cherry (late Frances), Michael (late Charlotte) and Gloria.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Konopka; his daughters, Susan Cherry (Jeff Freidhoff) and Paula Koch (David); his grandsons, Harrison and Carter Koch; and his brother Thomas Cherry (late Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
